Shipping, Times and Prices

RM Normal Shipping: 1-6 business days. Deliveries Monday to Friday. Price $3,500 (Deliveries from 9:00 am to 9:30 pm).

Shipping to Regions: Shipping via Starken takes 3-6 business days, subject to internal courier changes. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday. Price: $5,000 CLP throughout Chile.

In-store pickup: Av Vitacura 3664, Vitacura. Orders are prepared from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and you can pick them up from 11:30 am to 7:30 pm Monday to Saturday.

Exchanges and Returns

What can I do if I want to exchange the product I bought? -To request an exchange of a product you have a maximum period of 30 (Thirty) days from the date of purchase by presenting the receipt, invoice or exchange ticket.

Up to 1 change per ticket is allowed.

Garments and products made to order are not eligible for exchange or return.

How do I request an exchange for my purchase? - Exchanges are made through our website:

Shipping : Through the Reversso platform in the Exchanges section of the website.

In store : Through our website by logging in with the email address you used to make the purchase or via the following link: https://shopify.com/26527236182/account

 2. If you chose the Reversal or In Store option, your request will be answered within 3 (three) business days, indicating whether it is applicable or not. (MCP reserves the right to analyze the reasons for the exchange request). Returns are not accepted on SALE items.

3. Please note that if an exchange is made, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. You must send the product to the address provided by email. If you selected the "In store" option, there is no additional cost.

4. If you chose the "In-store" option, you must come directly to our store to exchange your purchase after submitting the request on our website. We are located at Av. Vitacura 3664, Vitacura. Our hours are Monday to Saturday, 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM. *EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN-STORE WITHOUT A PRIOR SUBMITTED REQUEST*

5. The product(s) must be unused, with the corresponding tags and in perfect condition, including the original packaging or boxes and the sales receipt or proof of purchase. If the product(s) do not meet these requirements, or if it is evident that they have been used by the customer, there is no possibility of exchange and they will be returned to the sender.

6. Products that have been altered, personalized and adjusted (hems, darts, cuts, etc.) cannot be exchanged.

7. MCP does not offer refunds, except for online purchases. The customer has 10 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal, either by requesting it through Reversso or by visiting our store, upon prior arrangement. The customer must present the receipt or a copy of the receipt, and the product must be in perfect condition with its original tags. Refunds will be issued to the customer's bank account if the payment was made by bank transfer or debit card. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be processed to the same card within 30 business days of the product being returned.

9.- If the product has been altered or modified by the customer with: hems, cuts, general repairs, has been used, washed, stained, marked, etc., the right to exchange is lost.

Please note: If MCP considers that the returned product(s) do not meet the specified requirements, it reserves the right NOT to make the exchange, and the product(s) will be returned to the customer, without prior consultation and accompanied by the justification and reason for rejection.

 

Legal guarantee

If your product has a manufacturing defect within three (3) months of the purchase date, you can request an exchange, repair, or refund. The legal warranty is valid as long as you return the product with your proof of purchase. What is the procedure for requesting my legal warranty?

1.- You must follow the same steps as for changes through Reverso, indicating that it is being returned due to an error

2.-Your request will be answered within 3 (Three) business days.

3.-It should be mentioned that if the exchange or refund is carried out, the shipping costs will be borne by the company.

4. The product must be sent with the sales receipt. Once the product is received at our branches and the defect has been inspected/verified, the refund will be processed via bank transfer.

5.-Refunds are made within 30 calendar days.

Clarifications: If the product has been altered or modified in any way by the customer (hems, cuts, pins, general repairs, etc.), the legal warranty is automatically voided. The product undergoes a quality control inspection, and if it is not accepted, it will be returned to the sender without prior notice.
